Siskiyou County has world class fishing spots located in different parts of the region. Klamath River near Yreka, Sacramento River in Dunsmuir, McCloud River and McCloud Reservoir, and many others dispersed throughout the county. The nearest campground to Yreka, CA is Tree of Heaven Campground typically open from April to October. This campground is approximately 25 minutes from the downtown Historic District of Yreka. You can find this campground on our camping map.
Everyone has their favorite campground, however some of the more popular camping spots in Siskiyou County include Lake Siskiyou Camp Resort in Mt Shasta, Fowlers Campground outside of McCloud, and Bunny Flat on Mount Shasta.
